 SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

 

At RICHNROYAL Digital MarketPlace LLP, we aim to fulfil every requirement of our dear customers.
We dispatch within 3 days upon order confirmation (depending upon availability of stock).
All India orders will be delivered between 5-7 working days.

*Please note Sundays and Public Holidays are not included.

Shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

At RICHNROYAL Digital MarketPlace LLP, we have a very flexible returns policy which is absolutely customer friendly. If you do not find the product(s) satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:

·         The Product should be Unopened, Unused & Not Damaged

·         The price tags, brand tags and all original packaging must be present

·         The product must be returned within 7 days

·         No returns on products will be accepted which are purchased on offers or on sale

How do I return?

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

 

They must be in original condition

For clothing, unwashed and unworn

In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

 

Are there any charges for return?

There are no charges for return

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

·         We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.

·         To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

·         To start a return, you can contact us at info@petbaby.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

·         Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

·         Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

·         Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

·         The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

·         We offer credit in case of returns, once we’ve received and accepted your return, you will get a credit of the amount of the item(s) originally purchased, which you can avail whenever you like.

 

 

Subscriptions:

·         You can cancel at any time via Your Subscribe & Save Items page, which can be found in Your Account. If you cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Subscribe & Save item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation.

·         In case Customer wishes to Unsubscribes, Customer shall lose all the discounts or offers applied on the products during the time of purchase.
